Principle:
Sterilization principle is that the lower the temperature is, the slower bacterial grows in a certain temperature range; the higher the temperature is, the faster the bacterial grows. But if the temperature is too high, the bacteria will die. Different bacteria have different optimum growth temperature and heat and cold resistance. Pasteurization actually make full use of pathogen's less tolerant features to kill all of them through appropriate temperature and holding time. However, after pasteurized, it will still retains a small portion of harmless or beneficial, the more heat-resistant bacteria or bacterial spores.<o:p>

Usage:
